♾️ Stakes

• Guess a 5-letter word in up to 5 tries, one word after another.
• Correct on try 1/2/3/4/5 scores 500/250/150/50/10 points.
• You start with 1 Continue. Miss a word with a Continue left, and you lose the Continue but keep playing.
• Miss again with 0 Continues left and you lose your entire run — score and all.
• Bank your score anytime to lock it in for good, added to your Wallet and career total.

⚔️ Clash

• Head-to-head, 7 minutes, both players racing through the same word list — same scoring as Stakes, but a miss costs -50 points instead of ending your run.
• First to a 1,000-point lead wins instantly; otherwise, whoever's ahead when the clock hits 0 wins.
• Tied at the buzzer: Sudden Death. One shared secret word, 5 guesses each, first to solve it wins. If neither of you gets it, it's a true tie.
• 2 skips per match — bail out of a word you can't crack with no points lost, instead of taking the -50.
• Find a public opponent, or host/join a private room with a friend — private rooms can Share Invite (one-tap join link) and Rematch after.
• Public matches move your Clash rating; private matches don't.
• Leaving mid-match forfeits the match — your opponent wins automatically.

🔥 Daily Puzzle

• One shared puzzle per day — everyone gets the identical seven words, one attempt each.
• Same 5-guess, 500/250/150/50/10 scoring as Stakes, and no Continues — but you play all seven words whatever happens. Run out of guesses and the answer is revealed, you score nothing for that word, and the next one starts.
• No clock, and you don't have to finish in one sitting — stop whenever you like and pick up on the same word later the same day.
• Resets at midnight Eastern.
• Share your result as a spoiler-free bar — 🟩 for each word you solved and ❌ for each you missed, in play order.
• Today's standings are on the Daily Puzzle screen itself, ordered by score and then by words solved, and yesterday's stay in Past Daily Puzzles. There's no all-time Daily Puzzle board — a fixed daily puzzle can be scouted, so a scouted run ages out overnight instead of sitting on a board forever.

👑 FFA

• The same 7-minute race as Clash, scaled to 3-6 players — public queue or a private room with friends (Share Invite works here too). You get 2 skips here as well.
• No early win condition — purely whoever has the highest score when the clock runs out.
• Needs 3 players to start, up to 6. If it's just the two of you, that's what Clash is for.
• Payout scales with placement instead of a binary win/lose — 1st earns the most, only last earns nothing. A bigger room adds places underneath rather than changing what the top ones pay.
• Public matches move your FFA rating, which is separate from your Clash one. The bigger the room, the more a good finish is worth.
• Leaving mid-match doesn't end it for everyone else — you're locked into the worst remaining placement, and it's worse the earlier you leave.

💰 The Rest

• Wallet is what you can spend in the Shop; Career Bank tracks your lifetime total and is never spent.
• Shop: titles, banners, and text effects — purely cosmetic, some seasonal/time-limited.
• Challenges: Daily (3 rotate each day) and Career (one-time milestones) — both pay out in points.
• Leaderboards: All Time, Weekly (resets Monday), Daily (best single Daily Puzzle, ever), Clash (Clash rating) and FFA (FFA rating). Today's Daily Puzzle standings are separate — they live on its play screen and reset nightly.
