By accessing and playing Lexathon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Account Conduct and Leaderboards

You are responsible for the activity on your account. When choosing an "Arcade Handle" for the public leaderboard and multiplayer matches, you agree not to use names that are offensive, hateful, or violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to change handles, reset scores, or ban accounts that violate these guidelines or attempt to manipulate the game's code or leaderboards.

Virtual Currency and Cosmetics

Lexathon features a virtual currency ("pts") and digital cosmetic items (skins, banners, titles, etc.).

• These items are strictly for in-game entertainment.
• They have no real-world monetary value.
• They cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for real money.
• We reserve the right to modify the cost, availability, or functionality of any digital item at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Lexathon is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or that your progress will never be lost due to technical errors.

Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify players of any significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
