By accessing and playing Lexathon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
You are responsible for the activity on your account. When choosing an "Arcade Handle" for the public leaderboard and multiplayer matches, you agree not to use names that are offensive, hateful, or violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to change handles, reset scores, or ban accounts that violate these guidelines or attempt to manipulate the game's code or leaderboards.
Clash and Free-For-All matches include a chat box. In public matches you can only send a fixed set of preset phrases; free typing is available only in private matches you create or join with a code, and is limited to 50 characters per message.
You agree not to use chat to harass, threaten, or abuse other players, to post hateful, sexual, or illegal content, to impersonate anyone, to share personal information about yourself or anyone else, or to advertise or link to anything. We may remove messages, turn off chat for an account, or ban an account outright for breaking these rules.
Chat is not confidential. Messages are stored as part of the match record, and we may read them when looking into a report.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use chat. If you are under 13, please do not sign up.
Lexathon features a virtual currency ("pts") and digital cosmetic items (skins, banners, titles, etc.).
Lexathon is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or that your progress will never be lost due to technical errors.
We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify players of any significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
